Set Up Domain Email Address

Do you have a personal email address with your own domain, for example info@yourdomain.nl? You can easily set it up on your phone or computer. Below we explain step‑by‑step how to do it on an iPhone, in Outlook and in Gmail.

Important: always use the following settings when configuring:

• Incoming server (IMAP/POP): yourdomain.nl

• Outgoing server (SMTP): yourdomain.nl

• Username: your full email address (e.g., info@yourdomain.nl)

• Password: the password you received from us

Set Up on iPhone (Apple Mail)

• Open your iPhone and go to Settings.

• Scroll down and select Mail.

• Tap Accounts → Add Account.

• Choose Other → Add Mail Account.

• Enter your name, email address, password and a description.

• For server settings, enter yourdomain.nl for both incoming and outgoing servers.

• Tap Next and save.

Your email is now set up on your iPhone.

Set Up in Outlook (Windows/Mac)

• Open Outlook and go to File → Account Settings.

• Click Add New Account.

• Enter your email address and password.

• Choose manual setup and select IMAP.

• Incoming server: yourdomain.nl (port : 993, SSL).

• Outgoing server: yourdomain.nl (port : 465, SSL).

• Confirm and finish.

Done! Your domain mail now works in Outlook.

Set Up in Gmail (Webmail)

• Log in to Gmail.

• Click the gear icon in the top‑right and go to See all settings.

• Open the Accounts and Import tab.

• Under “Check mail from other accounts” click Add a mail account.

• Enter your domain email address and choose POP3.

• Server: yourdomain.nl, port: 995 (SSL).

• Username: your full email address.

• Password: your email password.

• Click Add Account.

You will now also receive your domain mail in Gmail.

Set Up on Android (Gmail App / Samsung Mail)

• Open the Gmail app or the default Mail app on your Android phone.

• Tap your profile picture in the top‑right and select Add Account.

• Choose Other (not Gmail, not Outlook).

• Enter your full email address and password.

• Select IMAP (recommended).

• Incoming server: yourdomain.nl, port : 993 (SSL).

• Outgoing server (SMTP): yourdomain.nl, port : 465 (SSL).

• Tap Next and confirm.

Your domain mail is now also set up on your Android phone.

• Don’t forget to use your full email address as the username.

• Make sure SSL/encryption is enabled.
